Shipping Policy

It is our primary aim to serve you in a best possible way. You will be happy to know that all our products displayed comes under our 'Free Shipping' all over India, unless and otherwise mentioned on our product pages.

You will receive an order confirmation email from us once you order any item from our online store. 

Once your order is confirmed from our side, it usually takes 72 hours to process the order. Once processed, our shipping team will prepare the order to get it shipped. We have collaborated with the best shipping and logistic services at a PAN India level. Currently we have - Blue Dart, Delhivery and Xpressbee on-board.

Please note: Any cancellation will only be entertained within 2 hours of placing the order. Once the order is moved for processing, no cancellation of order could be done. 

Usually it takes 7-10 business days to get the order delivered. However, due to COVID-19 we and our logistic partners are working on 50% less workforce, hence, kindly expect delay in fulfillment of orders. Please bear with us.   

You will receive a shipping notification on your registered mobile number along with the tracking details, once your order is shipped and a final notification will be sent to you after your order has been successfully delivered. In case you receive this notification and you haven't received your order yet, kindly write to us at custcare@blackcocoon.in 

*Please Note: We highly suggest you to provide your exact delivery address and mobile number, please check it twice before ordering. In case of incorrect details, delivery will be delayed.  

Lost Shipment - Tracking status updated as delivered but you haven't received it

In such case kindly notify us within one day of you receiving the message that your order is successfully delivered / tracking page is updated as delivered. Our delivery partners have a time frame for any query for lost shipments. In case you inform us after 5 days have passed from you receiving the message that your order is successfully delivered / tracking page is updated as delivered, we won't able to provide you a replacement product / refund. 

*We reserve the right to cancel any orders if we determine that the delivery address and contact information (including email ID and mobile number) given is incorrect.
